FULFILLMENT OF STANDARD REQUIREMENTS:
Traditional Dress Code Ltd promises are not only for our products and quality, we also want to be known for taking responsibility for our business. Traditional Dress Code Ltd is trying to create a better environment, better social and working conditions in the country. We have the following facilities in our factory, which can be referred to as examples of best practices:
House Keeping Team: The factory has a house keeping team for maintaining neat and tidy environment and atmosphere in accordance with the privilege labor law.
Evacuation Plan: There is a diagram kept in all the floors of the Factory showing direction for all employees and visitors to run out in case of any emergency situation.
Emergency Exits: We have extra exit in the floors for use by workers in case of any emergency situation.
Fire Drills: We have firefighting equipment in the factory as per Factory and Fire Service Act and in order to use them effectively as and when required. We have a fire fighting team who are specially trained to deal with any fire emergency. We have arrangement for fire drills on a regular basis. i.e., once every month so that the team can perform their effectively when required.
First Aid Box: For every 70 workers we have a person trained in First Aid and Medicare. We keep certain quantity of Medicine of different type in a First Aid Box in each floor for employees to use as First Aid.
Waste Management System: We have a Waste Management Plant set up in a separate place inside the factory. This plant has different sections- one section is meant for fabric wastes, another section is for papers and paper rolls wastes and 3rd one is for wastes of polythene and similar type of other waste materials. This arrangement keeps the factory clean and hazard free.
